Joining a network
Discover and join the networks that drive your activity on the platform.
The marketplace is where you discover and join networks. Each network is an ecosystem you can collaborate, trade, or participate in.
- Open networks: join instantly, with no approval needed.
- Closed networks (shown as Private): submit a request and wait for the network's administrators to approve it.
Joining a network
When you join, you choose your role, for example producer, which determines what you can access and do. You also choose a membership plan. If a network has a single free plan with a set role, joining is one tap. Otherwise you pick your plan and role first. Some plans carry a one-off registration fee, shown before you join.
If the network offers benefits, such as access to listings, promotions, or special pricing, you can view and claim them once you are in.
You will not have access to a network until you join an open network, or your request to a closed network is approved.
Paying for a paid plan
For a paid membership you can pay right away, or pay later and complete billing from your dashboard when it suits you. Until you settle, the membership sits as pending payment, and a reminder stays on hand so you can finish whenever you are ready.
Managing your membership
You manage a membership from the network's page:
- Leave a network at any time. On a free or invited membership this takes effect straight away.
- Cancel a paid membership and keep your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. It simply will not renew.
- Resume a cancelled membership before that period ends, if you change your mind.
