Members

The members page shows every company that belongs to your network.

• See each member's status, their roles, and the date they joined. Statuses include active, trial, past due, pending payment, suspended, expired, and cancelled. Prospects who have not joined yet also appear here.
• Search for a member, and filter the list by status, including a prospect view.
• Page through longer lists, and expand a group to see the companies within it.
• Open a member to view their membership and subscription status, pricing and billing interval, roles, and any network identifiers they provided.
• Suspend a member to pause their access, or reactivate them later. For a member who still owes payment, you can copy a ready-to-send payment message to prompt them.
