Payments
Set up your banking details so you can receive and send money on the platform.
The payments page is where you set up and manage your organisation's financial details. It has three parts:
- Company settings: hold funds as a company or an individual, matching your official business account.
- Bank account details: add your banking details so you can receive money from your sales.
- Fund withdrawal schedule: choose how often your funds are paid out, immediately, weekly, or monthly.
Funds become available only after successful delivery, and payouts then run automatically on your chosen schedule. Use your official business account and keep the details accurate and up to date.
