The sales orders page is your central hub for managing everything customers buy from you.
- View every customer order with its products, quantities, and pricing. A free order reads "No charge", and where a price is not shared an order reads "Price not disclosed".
- Track each order's payment status and fulfilment status separately, and see when an order has been cancelled.
- See who is involved: the buyer company, and for off-platform orders the consignor (seller) and consignee (end buyer).
- Open an order to process it, record fulfilment, and prepare it for dispatch or collection.
- Use customer details to coordinate delivery and keep buyers informed.
All orders are stored in one place for tracking revenue, monitoring performance, and reporting.
