- Create a quote for a customer with products, quantities, and pricing.
- Define unit prices and totals, discounts, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Share the quote so the customer can accept, request changes, or compare offers.
- Track its status as it moves between the two sides: Pending merchant (waiting on you), Pending customer (waiting on the buyer), Accepted, Customer rejected, or Merchant rejected.
- Once accepted, the quote becomes a sales order.
