Sales quotes let you create and send pricing proposals to customers before an order is confirmed. A quote is an offer outlining price and conditions for a proposed sale.

  • Create a quote for a customer with products, quantities, and pricing.
  • Define unit prices and totals, discounts, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
  • Share the quote so the customer can accept, request changes, or compare offers.
  • Track its status as it moves between the two sides: Pending merchant (waiting on you), Pending customer (waiting on the buyer), Accepted, Customer rejected, or Merchant rejected.
  • Once accepted, the quote becomes a sales order.
