Product approval
Review members' products before they appear in your marketplace.
To check members' products before they go live, turn on Product Monitor in your network's General settings. With it on, members' products need your approval; with it off, they publish automatically.
When Product Monitor is on, a Product approval queue appears with three tabs:
- Pending: submissions waiting for your decision. Approve one to make it live in your marketplace, or reject it with a reason.
- Approved and Rejected: the submissions you have already actioned. Rejected ones show the reason you gave.
