Build and manage your catalogue, then enrich each product over time.

The products area is where you build and manage your catalogue. Creating a product is quick: add the core details, then enrich it over time.

  1. Enter the basics: name, unit of sale, and variants. Adding a category is optional.
  2. Add the minimum required detail: description, price, and stock.
  3. Save. The product is added to your list and becomes available for inventory, quotes, orders, and marketplace listings.

After creating a product you can update its stock, add images and full descriptions, and link it to a listing so buyers can find it.

If you run a network, you can also allocate suppliers to a product, choosing the vendors or producers behind it. Each allocated company then sees that product read-only on their own dashboard, so they know what they supply without being able to change it.
